What to expect

During your 2 week trial sessions, we teach, guide and instruct you, all the movements and exercises SAFELY and CORRECTLY, that is used at CrossFit Health Creation, including squats, barbell movements, gymnastics and core stabilisation.

Every workout can be scaled to suit each individual person. Weight, movement and intensity can be adjusted. We take great care to ensure each workout is enjoyable and results based, while minimising risks of injury.

We explain the reasons WHY, certain adjustments or positioning of the body are required, including breathing techniques and core stabilisation.

You will also participate in the Workout of the Day (WOD)

This information will then help feed through all CrossFit classes.

(This is a requirement of all participants that have never done CrossFit previously)
