Strong Beat Fitness is a group exercise facility that caters for ALL levels of Fitness and abilities.  
Developed over 18 years, Strong Beat Fitness is dedicated to helping every individual achieve their health, fitness and weight loss goals in a FUN, motivating and supportive environment and community. 
The facility offers 60 minute group classes, designed to improve strength, endurance, overall health and fitness, by combining 3 fundamental areas of fitness: 
| Unique & Individually Scaled WorkoutsWe use a combination of these elements to create workouts that are varied by changing and altering the weight, repetitions and work requirements. This creates thousands of different workouts and will stop repetitive and often boring workouts from limiting you achieving your goals.   With expert coaches leading each session, participants benefit from structured workouts, personalised encouragement, and a sense of community and belonging.  Every workout is uniquely or individually scaled or adjusted to suit EVERY member, so every workout is achievable. And, with every workout tracked and every weight recorded using our fitness system and app, we can closely monitor your progress.
