During the 2 week trial sessions, we teach you all the CORRECT movements used in CrossFit, including squats, barbell movements, gymnastics and core stabilisation.
Scaling weights and intensity will be required.
We explain the reasons WHY, certain adjustments or positioning of the body are required, including breathing techniques.
You will also participate in the Workout of the Day (WOD)
This information will then help feed through all CrossFit classes.
(This is a requirement of all participants that have never done CrossFit previously)
Direct Debit - can be paid weekly or fortnightly.
This is for UNLIMITED classes per week.
A minimum term of 12 weeks sign up.
