During the 2 week trial sessions, we teach you all the CORRECT movements SAFELY, that is used in CrossFit, including squats, barbell movements, gymnastics and core stabilisation.
Every workout can be scaled to suit each individual person. Weight, movement and intensity can be adjusted.
We explain the reasons WHY, certain adjustments or positioning of the body are required, including breathing techniques and core stabilisation.
You will also participate in the Workout of the Day (WOD)
This information will then help feed through all CrossFit classes.
(This is a requirement of all participants that have never done CrossFit previously)
Direct Debit - can be paid weekly or fortnightly.
